**Recipe Title: ** Savory Breakfast Casserole

**Brief Description: ** This savory breakfast casserole is a hearty and flavorful dish packed with eggs, spinach, bell peppers, onions, bacon, and sausage. Perfect for feeding a crowd at brunch or a family breakfast.

**Servings: ** 7-8 people

**Prep Time: ** 20 minutes

**Cook Time: ** 40 minutes

**Total Time: ** 1 hour

**Ingredients: **

- 8 large eggs

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 1 yellow onion, diced

- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

- 8 oz sausage, cooked and crumbled

- 1 cup milk

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp black pepper

**Instructions: **

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove it from the skillet, crumble it, and set it aside. In the same skillet, cook the sausage until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set it aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they are softened, about 5 minutes. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.

4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

5. Add the cooked bacon, sausage, sautéed vegetables, and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Stir everything together until evenly distributed.

6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.

8. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

**Special Tips: **

- You can customize this casserole by adding other vegetables like mushrooms or tomatoes.

- Make it ahead of time by preparing the casserole the night before and refrigerating it. Then bake it in the morning for a quick breakfast.

- Serve with a side of fresh fruit or a simple green salad for a complete meal.
