4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, garlic, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the stuffing.
5. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch.
6. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper. Spoon the spinach and cheese stuffing onto each chicken breast.
7. Roll up the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks to hold the stuffing inside.

9. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
10. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
11. Remove toothpicks before serving.
12. Serve the stuffed chicken breasts hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
