Ingredients:

- 8 oz chicken breast, thinly sliced

- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 2 cups celery, thinly sliced

- 2 cups bean sprouts

- 2 cups bell peppers, thinly sliced

- 1 large onion, thinly sliced

- 2 cups nappa cabbage, thinly sliced

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 package (16 oz) chow mein noodles

- 3 tbsp vegetable oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tbsp oyster sauce

- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions:

1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chicken broth to make the sauce. Set aside.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add the chicken and shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.

4. In the same wok, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5. Add the celery, bean sprouts, bell peppers, onion, and nappa cabbage to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.

6. Return the cooked chicken and shrimp to the wok. Pour the sauce over the ingredients and toss everything together until well coated. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

7. Divide the crispy chow mein noodles onto plates and top with the chicken, shrimp, and vegetable mixture.

8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious crispy chow mein!
