Recipe Title: Whipped Cheesecake with Cherry and Raspberry Pie Filling Sauce and Graham Crust

Brief Description: Indulge in a decadent and creamy whipped cheesecake topped with a luscious cherry and raspberry pie filling sauce, all nestled on a buttery graham cracker crust.

Servings: 12 people

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

For the Graham Crust:

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

- 24 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 cups heavy cream

For the Topping:

- 1 can cherry pie filling

- 1 can raspberry pie filling

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter for the crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.

5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

6. Once the cheesecake is set, carefully release it from the springform pan and transfer it to a serving plate.

7. To make the sauce, in a small saucepan, heat the cherry pie filling over low heat until warmed through. Repeat the same process with the raspberry pie filling in a separate saucepan.

8. Drizzle the cherry and raspberry pie filling sauces over the whipped cheesecake before serving.

Special Tips or Variations:

- You can customize the toppings by using any other fruit pie fillings of your choice.

- For a twist, you can add a splash of lemon juice to the cheesecake filling for a refreshing citrus flavor.

- Garnish the cheesecake with fresh berries or mint leaves for an extra pop of color and freshness.
