- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1 package wonton wrappers

For the Soup Broth:

- 12 cups chicken broth

- 2-inch piece of ginger, sliced

- 2 cloves garlic, smashed

- 2 green onions, cut into large pieces

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped shrimp, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold it over to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal, making sure there are no air pockets. Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.

3. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add in the ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the broth simmer on low heat.

4. Carefully drop the wontons into the simmering broth, making sure they don't stick together. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the wontons float to the surface and the pork is cooked through.

5. Serve the wonton soup hot, garnished with additional sliced green onions if desired.

Special Tips or Variations:

- You can add bok choy, sliced mushrooms, or any other vegetables of your choice to the soup for added flavor and nutrition.

- For a spicy kick, you can add a dash of chili oil or Sriracha sauce to the broth.
