3. Add chicken slices to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Add sliced onions, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
7. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve the chicken stir-fry hot over cooked rice.
