2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add bell pepper, onion, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
5. Return the tofu to the skillet and pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce.
6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is heated through.
7. Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top.
8. Serve the spicy Korean tofu stir-fry over cooked rice.

- Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
- You can add other vegetables like broccoli, mushrooms, or snow peas to customize the stir-fry to your liking.
